Uniqueness of your Ring

Please note that each ring is lovingly and carefully made by hand. Due to the nature of handmade, every piece from the made-to-order collections will be slightly different from the photos shown. I do my best to make it as close to the piece as possible, but they will not be exactly identical, which is the charm and beauty of hand created pieces.

Payment

Payment via checkout includes accept all major credit cards as well as cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Oasis Network (Rose), and Monero. Please contact me for a receiving address before sending any crypto.

Shipping

Your piece is beautifully packaged in a ring box branded with my logo and wrapped for safe shipping. Your item(s) come to you double boxed with no mention of “jewelry”, in order to maximize the privacy and security of your ring. All items are shipped via Canada Post’s Expresspost service, Signature Required, and I fully insure the package. I provide free shipping and insurance to Canada and the US on orders $1000 +. I do my very best to ensure your ring arrives to you safely. I am not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail or for inconveniences to due to shipping timelines outside of my control.

Shipping times range based on location:

  • Canada: 2-4 business days

  • United States: 6-8 business days (depending on Customs clearance)

  • International: 2-3 weeks (depending on Customs clearance)

I am not responsible for customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, taxes or duties you may incur.

Cancelling your order

Order by mistake? Ordered the wrong gold color? Ordered the wrong style or size? Please let me know as soon as possible within 3 days of your order. Beyond 3 days your ring might already be in the midst of being made.

Returns

  • Made to Order Pieces: Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item(s) via email if you are not 100% satisfied with your order. I will work with you to ensure that things are right. Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in their original condition and subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please contact me for a Return Authorization Number before mailing anything back. Item(s) sent back with no RAN will not be eligible for a return. Damaged/missing rings due to improper packaging will not be accepted. Andronyk Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Custom: The custom process is an involved and mindful process where progress is constantly being shown and approved. Clients have the opportunity to give feedback at every step. Due to the transparency of custom work and approvals during each step, there are no returns accepted.

Customer Supplied Materials

I sometimes use heirloom/customer-supplied diamonds or gems to reinvent old pieces into new ones. While I take the utmost precautions when handling your unique items, I cannot guarantee the condition of customer-supplied materials and make no warranties regarding gems that are not supplied by me. Andronyk Jewelry cannot be held liable for damages to materials provided by the customer.
